In terms of customization, Hyper-V is not as feature-rich as other hypervisors, but again, it’s fast. Since the tool has been developed by Microsoft itself, the performance while running a Windows VM through Hyper-V is impressive in comparison to other third-party tools. Currently, Hyper-V supports Windows, Ubuntu, and other Linux distros as well. It allows users to run multiple instances of different operating systems on top of the Windows OS. Hyper-V is a hardware-based hypervisor developed by Microsoft.

Two days ago, I added a virtual switch at first using wireless network adapter with connection type of internal network, and then added a bridge between the virtual switch and actual wireless net adapter. Windows 10 failed to remove network bridge completely The problem started a little while after I did that. The only thing that has changed in regards to the adapters is that I had to make a configuration change not long ago and I had to reconfigure the v-WiFi and v-Ethernet switches through Hyper-V again. I've had it set up this way for about a year now. I must confess, I don't know much about the bridging and multiplexor stuff. I then checked the properties to see if they were using the multiplexor driver but they weren't. I turned it all back on, then it started working. I disabled everything and turned off the bridge. When I go into the properties of both the WiFi and v-WiFi adapter neither has that driver selected. It said it was using the Microsoft Network Adapter Multiplexor Driver. Well when I went in to look at the adapters the bridge that connects To help make more sense, I use Hyper-V frequently and so my LAN and WiFi are bridged to virtual switch adapters respectively.

So I went in to view all of my adapters and found that my networkīridge was disconnected. When it did before was just a coincidence. It just failed again a few minutes ago, I did a flushdns and registerdns and it didn't fix the problem. I think I might have narrowed the search.
